Skinstation entered its new era with a clear challenge: How do we translate the confidence, clarity, and credibility of an in-clinic consultation into a modern digital experience?
The creative direction centres on the idea of clinically led, expertly curated. With skincare customers increasingly overwhelmed by choice and visual clutter, this visual direction intentionally introduces a more focused and considered approach. Letting the products speak for themselves whilst incorporating some clinical props to reinforce our expertise.
Deliverables included: Full brand identity, logo design, typography, colour palette, art direction and campaign photography, web site redesign and platform migration, expert category framework and launch creative across all digital channels.
Social Stories were used to introduce Skinstation’s expert categories with confidence. Using close cropped imagery and minimal typography, each story focuses on a single skin concern or treatment moment, such as post-procedure care. Designed to further bridge the gap between a clinic experience and online shopping these link through to expert category pages curated in line with popular in-clinic treatment.
